Findings
Multiple hyperechoic ( bright ) lesions scattered in the liver , the differential for such findings is :
· Multiple hemangiomas ( but usually the brightness is less)
· Calcific lesions ( but there is no posterior acoustic shadow to raise this possibility )
· Multiple fatty containing adenomas
· Echogenic metastasis specially from mucinous secreting adenocarcinoma like colon cancer
· Multiple lipomas
So further evaluation by CT is advised for more clarification
